Premier moving headquarters to Charlotte from San Diego.

San Diego-based Premier Inc., which helps hospitals cut costs and improve care, will move to a 262,500-square- foot building in Ballantyne Corporate Park, chief executive Susan DeVore said during a news conference Wednesday at Premier's west Charlotte office
