How many interviews do candidates typically go through before hiring decision is made? This typically depends on the Corporation and division within the company. At GMAC for our eCommerce roles in Technology we typically are able to have a candidate go through 1 interview via phone 4-5 interviews face to face and able to let the candidate know a decision after all candidates have completed interviews typically in 5-7 business days.
Candidates and Corporations prefer a stream line process ability to come in meet with key decision makers and receive feedback within 5 business days!
