Recruiters are you using the tools to advertise your jobs?
Brande Garrison from Microsoft Corporation in Charlotte post all of her Sales jobs on her Linkedin profile! Many recruiters are also using Facebook or groups within Linkedin to find great candidates.
Do you have a great story on how you landed you made a great hire from social networking or candidates did you land that new job through social networking?

I have posted positions on LinkedIn and have found it very useful. I also use Facebook and MySpace to review candidates occasionally. However, LinkedIn has certainly provided the best results for me.
