Rob Humphrey, an online employment specialist located in the Triangle, has agreed to come on board Charlotte Recruiting to add some heft to the postings.
It's a welcome addition, as Rob is a committed blogger, a sharp guy, and of course, a more local resource than I am. Ultimately, Charlotte Recruiting is going to be about the staffing industry in Charlotte. I've created a list of names of recruiters in the local industry, and will be sending out invitations to interview, write posts, or advertise your staffing firm. The goal is to create a self-sustaining community modeled on the success of StlRecruiting.com, which brings in 4000-5000 unique visitors each month.
So if you have questions, or comments, please leave them or e-mail me at jdurbin@durbinmedia.com, and Rob will be adding postings shortly. If you are a recruiter and want to know more about blogging, my company, Durbin Media, teaches staffing professionals how to use blogs to source, recruit, and ultimately hire more people or generate more placements.

I currently live in Washington DC and I'm trying to find a company in the Charlotte area that recruits for The Shaw Group, can anyone help?
