Did a search for "Charlotte Recruiting" today on Google. I was happy, but not particularly surprised to see Charlotte Recruiting in the top two spots. Another site came up, and I thought it quite interesting.
MakeGoodDecisions.com is the website of MRI Charlotte-East. Management Recruiters International franchises executive search firms across the country. I believe they are the largest around. It's usually run by excellent recruiters, who work independently and normally do quite well for themselves.
I like the title, but I'm not sure of it's relevance to executive search. The branding and the message are good, saying things like "Some employees just work harder than others," but the SEO seems a little lacking. The site also has a job searching function, but there are no jobs available.
I think I'll write this post, then contact the MRI-Charlotte East offices and see if they'd like to see how using a blog can help them make more money and drive the right kind of candidate to them. And if you have a list of Charlotte executive search firms or Charlotte headhunters, please let me know.
