TiVo is Hiring! Of course - you have to be willing to move to San Diego, but TiVo has launched an internet and television buzz campaign that includes blogs, video, Jobster, and other forms of social networking.
One of the things they are doing is using YouTube to push their employment video - actually showcasing managers and executives you would be working for.
It's cheesy, but effective. Look for yourself.
TiVo has the advantage of being cutting edge and a brand phenomenon - so not every company can pull this off. I can't imagine GM getting quite so silly - but if you want to work for a cutting edge company that all of your friends will be jealous of - TiVo is trying to make it as easy as possible for you to find them online.
